Hi, I'm Joshua Lim. I started Outsourced as a one-person studio with a simple belief: great software shouldn't require a big-agency budget, or a faceless vendor you never actually speak to.
Since then I've personally delivered 60+ projects for Singapore founders, SMEs and shop owners — websites, mobile apps, e-commerce stores, automation bots, AI chatbots and increasingly agentic AI systems. Along the way I won NUS Entrepreneurship Society's Ground Zero in 2019, and in 2025 was recognised with the Carousell Buyer's Choice Award for Professional Skills. Whenever I can, I hand the finished work over in person.
